Ali R. Nassiripour
Ali R. Nassiripour is the founder of Nassiripour Law Firm, a firm devoted exclusively to immigration law. Licensed in New York, he represents clients in federal immigration matters across all 50 states. His practice serves individuals, families, and employers, with a particular focus on asylum, removal defense, detained cases, immigration appeals, and business immigration.
Ali approaches each case by examining the record, understanding the client's circumstances, and developing a strategy grounded in the facts and the law. His work includes representation before Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He also advises professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses on immigration options, including L and O visas.
His approach to client service is straightforward: listen carefully, explain the available options, and provide an honest assessment of both the opportunities and the obstacles. Whether preparing a client for testimony, challenging an adverse decision, or planning an immigration filing, he emphasizes thorough preparation, clear communication, and attention to the details that can shape a case. He understands that behind every matter is a person whose family, livelihood, or future may depend on its outcome.
Born in Iran, Ali brings an international background to his practice and communicates in English, Farsi, and French. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, holds a master's degree in Economics and a bachelor's degree in Political Science, French, and Economics, and studied at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
