A family dining table in the morning, a tabbed stack of documents ready to file.

USCIS Matters

A USCIS filing is a legal matter, not a form-filling exercise. We review the whole record before anything is submitted.

Most immigration benefits are decided on paper, by an officer who will never meet you. Adjustment of status, family petitions, naturalization, work authorization, advance parole and waivers of inadmissibility are each decided on the record you submit.

A prior removal order, an old criminal matter, or an inconsistency in an earlier filing can turn a routine application into a serious problem. We review the whole history before anything is filed, respond properly to requests for evidence, and say clearly when a filing is not yet safe to make.
